To establish, operate, and manage an integrated multi-disciplinary Creative Makerspace and Innovation Hub providing hands-on learning facilities including Computer Lab, Wood Working Space, Clay Working Space, Metal Works Space, Electrical and Electronics Lab, CAD and 3D Printing Space, Robotics and Automation Lab, and Aquaponics Living Lab for learners from primary school through higher secondary level across Nepal.
To design, develop, and deliver school-level creative and STEM educational programs, workshops, short courses, field trip programs, seasonal camps, boot camps, and certification programs in partnership with schools, colleges, and educational institutions across Nepal, catering to all learning interests including technology, arts, crafts, and applied sciences.
To produce, market, and sell high-value educational products including wooden educational toys, children's playing equipment, Montessori learning aids, handcrafted wood and clay items, and other pedagogical tools manufactured within the Makerspace by students as part of a self-sustaining educational production model.
To develop and deploy AI-integrated educational tools and curricula, including computer vision systems, data analytics platforms, and machine learning models applied within the Makerspace production environment, creating a living R&D laboratory that bridges school education with advanced technology.
To establish and operate an Aquaponics Living Laboratory as a cross-disciplinary teaching and research platform integrating biology, chemistry, environmental science, IoT, data analytics, and agri-tech automation, serving both school-level learners and graduate researchers.
To establish and operate an Electric Vehicle (EV) Training and Research Centre providing structured professional programs in high-voltage safety, vehicle diagnostics, Battery Management Systems (BMS), power electronics, EV charging infrastructure design and installation, regenerative braking systems, motor and controller training, EV servicing, and EV fleet maintenance, targeting technicians, mechanics, engineers, diploma holders, and professionals across Nepal.
To conduct research and development activities in advanced EV technologies including EV embedded software and firmware, autonomous and connected vehicle systems, battery lifecycle management (BLM), State of Health (SoH) assessment, battery degradation analysis, second-life battery applications, and responsible end-of-life battery disposal and recycling contributing to Nepal's circular economy.
To provide outsourced Business-to-Business (B2B) EV technical services including remote Level 2 and Level 3 diagnostics, fleet telematics management, predictive maintenance support, charging station monitoring and repair, and over-the-air (OTA) software update management to EV manufacturers, fleet operators, dealerships, and government-backed transport entities.
To develop proprietary technical intellectual property (IP) including localized maintenance algorithms, Nepal-specific battery performance datasets, EV fleet management software, and smart charging protocols tailored to Nepal's unique road conditions, altitude, climate, and electrical grid characteristics; and to research, design, develop, and execute ICE to EV conversion systems including conversion kits, retrofitting methodologies, safety certification protocols, and battery integration frameworks.
To design, develop, propose, and execute Detailed Project Reports (DPR), feasibility studies, technical consultancy, and turnkey solutions for EV charging infrastructure, EV fleet deployment, EV workshop setup, and electric mobility systems for government agencies, municipalities, private operators, and development organizations.
To develop vehicle specifications for new EV purchases, evaluate vehicle performance against technical benchmarks, and provide procurement advisory services to fleet buyers, government agencies, and institutional clients.
To design, modify, develop, and fabricate ICE-to-EV conversion systems including structural calculation, system testing, component design, procurement, fabrication, estimation, and validation of all conversion elements in accordance with applicable safety and regulatory standards.
To design, develop, install, repair, renovate, and provide technical consultancy for solar photovoltaic (PV) energy systems including rooftop solar, solar micro-grids, solar water pumping, solar-powered agricultural systems, and off-grid solar installations for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional clients across Nepal.
To design, develop, install, commission, repair, and provide consultancy for wind energy systems including small and medium wind turbines for rural electrification, wind-solar hybrid systems, and wind resource assessment studies contributing to Nepal's distributed renewable energy goals.
To research, develop, pilot, and promote hydrogen energy technologies including green hydrogen production through electrolysis powered by renewable sources, hydrogen storage systems, hydrogen fuel cell applications, and hydrogen-powered vehicle research establishing Nepal's foundational capacity in the hydrogen economy.
To design, develop, analyze, and provide consultancy for Smart Grid systems including smart metering, demand response management, grid integration of renewable energy sources, energy storage systems (ESS), microgrid design and control, load forecasting using AI/ML, and power quality improvement solutions.
To prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPR), feasibility studies, energy audits, system designs, and technical proposals for green energy projects including solar, wind, hydropower integration, hydrogen, and smart grid systems for government bodies, development banks, international donors, and private sector clients.

To design, develop, install, commission, repair, renovate, and upgrade Home Automation systems including smart lighting, smart security, automated HVAC, voice and app-controlled home management systems, energy management automation, and integrated smart home ecosystems for residential, commercial, and hospitality clients.
To design, develop, install, commission, repair, and revamp Industrial Automation systems including automated production lines, robotic work cells, conveyor automation, vision-guided systems, process control systems, and factory floor digitalization for manufacturing industries, agro-processing units, and industrial enterprises.

To provide comprehensive vocational training programs in traditional and contemporary textile arts including handloom weaving (Dhaka fabric, Newari Haku Patasi, cotton and woolen weaves), knitting, crochet, macramé, felt making, and natural dyeing — preserving Nepal's intangible cultural textile heritage while equipping women with market-relevant skills.
To establish structured training programs in tailoring, cutting, stitching, and garment construction from basic hand stitching and machine operation through to pattern making, fashion design, and production of ready-made garments, uniforms, bags, soft toys, and textile accessories.
To offer vocational training in a broad range of women-led income-generating crafts and micro-enterprise skills including jewelry making and beadwork, pottery and ceramics, natural soap and skincare product making, paper crafts and handmade stationery, candle making, natural food processing and preservation, and organic products packaging.
To deliver integrated empowerment education alongside all vocational programs covering self-confidence and self-advocacy skills, women's legal rights under Nepali law, financial literacy and basic bookkeeping, reproductive and maternal health education, domestic violence awareness and support, entrepreneurship fundamentals, digital literacy and mobile commerce, and cooperative management.
To facilitate the formation, registration, and operation of Women's Cooperatives and producer groups providing legal guidance, governance training, collective branding support, product standardization, and market linkages enabling graduates to pool resources, scale production, access bulk orders, and sell products through domestic retail, tourism markets, e-commerce platforms, and international fair-trade export channels.
To develop and operate digital and technical skills training programs specifically tailored for women including basic computer literacy, smartphone-based business management, social media marketing for handcraft products, online selling platforms, digital payment systems, and remote freelancing skills enabling women to access the digital economy.
